Maa Telugu Talliki

Maa Telugu Talliki (English:"To my mother of Telugu") ((テルグ語:మా తెలుగు తల్లికి)) is the official song of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. It was written by Sri Sankarambadi Sundaraachari and sung by Tanguturi Suryakumari〔http://www.theguardian.com/news/2005/may/18/guardianobituaries.artsobituaries〕 for the Telugu film ''Deena Bandhu'' (1942) which starred Chittor V. Nagaiah, but was released as a private label by the artist. The song gained popularity and it is sung at the start of social functions in state of Andhra Pradesh and was ultimately made the official song of Andhra Pradesh.〔http://www.thehindu.com/todays-paper/tp-national/tp-andhrapradesh/article1566396.ece〕
